What am I getting when I buy a download?
All of our downloads are in MP3 format, encoded at 192 kbps with no DRM at all, so they will be compatible with any mp3 player/device.
When will my order be shipped out?
We process and ship out orders the same, or the following business day. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you think your order has gone astray please email us at help@mobileunderground.com.
For US Domestic Orders
We will make our best efforts in conjunction with USPS to track and locate your order.
If it has not shown up after 14 postal business days from the date of shipping, it will be considered lost, and we will send you a replacement copy, issue a credit or a refund via check.
For International orders
If you select the 1st Class Mail rate, we cannot take responsibility for the time it takes your order to reach you, since the USPS provides no such guarantee. Nor can we offer refunds on items purchased this way. If you select Priority Mail and your order does not arrive, we will offer a refund, credit or replacement if the item is deemed to be “lost” by the USPS.
What if my item is damaged?
We take great care in packaging our shipments to protect them from general wear and tear of shipping, and we are not responsible for any maltreatment the post office inflicts upon the package.
However, if the item itself is faulty, or will not play, we will be happy to replace it, or issue a refund/credit.
What is your exchange/refund policy?
If the item you purchased is not faulty but you would like to return it, we will issue you store credit, but not a refund. The item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was received in order for your credit to be processed.
How do I request a refund, exchange or credit?
If there is any problem with your order, such as missing or damaged items, the first thing to do is notify us of the problem by emailing us at help@mobileunderground.com. All refunds, exchanges or credits must be processed (i.e. you have emailed us, we have approved the request and you have sent back the item) within 30 days of purchase.
Since we can’t refund your postage, after we approve it, you can return the item to us by writing “Return To Sender” on the original package—this won’t cost you anything.
