MobileUnderground does not store your credit card information. ClickandBuy gathers information on our behalf when you set up a Customer Account or make a purchase. Before you may order Digital Downloads or make other purchases, you must first establish a customer account. To set up a Customer Account, Clickandbuy will collect your name, and a password established by you and an e-mail address. We may use that information to set up a personal greeting that you will see when you return to our site and to contact you. We may also track your traffic patterns throughout your online session, including the pages, information and advertisements you view while using the site and what music you download. Your IP address may be used by us to diagnose problems with our servers, software, administer our site and gather demographic information.

We shall store your name, address and e-mail information for use in connection with the provision of MobileUnderground's services hereunder.

We shall not disclose or provide your stored contact information to any unaffiliated third party unless we are required to do so by State or Federal government agencies or in the context of litigation.

MobileUnderground collects personal information and non-personal information:

Personal information refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. Personal information is requested when you set up a customer account (“My Account”), make a purchase and send us feedback. This information may include your name, billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card or other payment information and download details.  MobileUnderground uses this information to fill your orders and better provide you with personalized services.

Non-personal information refers to information that does not by itself identify you. We may gather certain information about you based upon where you shop on our site in several ways. This information may be compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. By way of example, non-personal information may include the website's Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") that you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address.

We offer free promotional emails as a service to our customers. We will send you emails, periodically listing current specials and deals if you have opted-in to receive promotional emails. You have the ability to opt-out of these at any time.

We may also have third-party ad servers display ads linked to certain search terms that you have entered, such as to artists’ or certain pages that you are viewing. When you purchase music, the information collected by MU is used for reporting those purchases to record labels and aggregated basis for statistical purposes, for improving our site and its performance, to serve ads, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

Occasionally MU may be asked by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personal information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose personal information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation, without prior notice to you. MobileUnderground fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities.  We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we believe to be unlawful.

You may edit the personal information that you provide to us. You can review, change, or delete the information that you have submitted. You may change any of your personal information in your customer account online at any time. We expect you to promptly update your information if it changes. You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed but you cannot delete information associated with past purchases.  As a security measure, the data stored on our systems is “backed up,” and such prior information cannot effectively be removed from our databases. Accordingly, you should not expect that all of your personal information will be completely removed from our backed-up databases.

Established third-party banking and processing agents handle all credit card transactions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card or other payment information.

Your account information is kept on a secure server. All of the customer data we collect when you place an order is protected against unauthorized access by advanced encryption and firewall technology. To further ensure your security, we use state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.

You must be at least 13 years old to have our permission to use this site.
