Jersey native Peter Hadar is the next, next big thing in R&B. The story might be typical—he wanted complete creative control so he started his own record label, appropriately monikering it after his own nickname, Cool Weirdo—but with the eff-the-man hustle we love. With his foot heavy on the gas, however, his drive to succeed may help his career be anything but typical. JM
